“ Conscious, intentionally cooked food. Best food experience we've had in a while. Thank you for the experience. Brooke and Shaun ”
“ The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. Don't judge a book by its cover. The menu is limited but items I ate are delicious. ”
“ I ordered the chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, and garlic naan bread; the full to-go order cost $15. I appreciate the location. It's good food with good portions. I enjoy the spice and garlic flavors. It's a good food experience. The wait took about seven minutes. They needed time to finish their garlic naan bread. The staff is helpful and encouraging. However, the posted menu is confusing and discouraging. There's a large menu on the wall and a different smaller menu on the side. And one menu attempts to separate butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, but the staff uses the words synonymously. The location is also a little cramped. It's a hidden store that sells merchandise and some food dishes. Overall, the food had a satisfying spice and garlic flavor. ”
“ I've heard so many great things about this restaurant so I was excited to try it out for the first time. I was greeted by Billu and his wife who were both kind and genuine people. They run the restaurant so well and make an amazing team. The chicken tikka masala, vegetable korma, and garlic naan all tasted absolutely amazing. They even made my food fresh since it was a little before closing time when I ordered. They went above and beyond just to make my first experience that much more memorable. I'll definitely be returning again to support them and their business. Thank you so much! ”
“ The best butter chicken in the valley, this place is so good and super nice having a high-quality Indian market. 10/10 would recommend. ”
“ We went in right now for a late dinner. It's very hot out and the owner still cooked for us. We had chicken tiki masala, garlic naan, vegetable samosa and biryani. Everything is so flavorful and fresh. We all ate it standing up out of the container because we were too impatient to plate ourselves. ”
“ This place is powered by the people. I love chopping it up with the owner and he's always open to answer any (repeat) questions regarding the menu. I'm not going to tell you what to order. Come in. Point. Ask questions. Then come back and do it again. And tell em large marge sent ya. ”
“ I used to be a regular here pre-COVID, but afterwards I've come so much less. The quality and flavor are still there, but the portions are a lot smaller, what you get is mostly liquid, and the price went up by $3. A one meat one veggie combo was $8.99 per my last review, and now it's $11.99. At this point I'm far better off going to a buffet for better value, the one in Rosemead is $16 for all you can eat. Because the flavor is still so on point and the owner is still such a nice, sweet man I'm only lowering to 4 stars instead of 3, but it's pretty rare I stop by anymore. I wonder if you order off the menu as opposed to from the combos if the quantity and better and it's less watery, I'll have to try that sometime and update again. ”
“ Got take out of the samosa and bhel puri for dinner earlier! Flavors were pretty okay, not super strong like a lot of other Indian food eateries I've eaten from. The Samosa came with a tamarind and mint chutney that were both good and helped elevate the samosas! While I liked the refreshing flavor of the bhel puri, I'm more used to having it where there's a little more crunch or crisp to the ingredients. It's not a deal breaker to me since it still tasted good. Would like to buy again and order the pani puri or dahi puri! ”
